Faith in Gear
Prayer Chapel [7:15-8:15 pm only]
Faith is crucial to living a life of miracles, but to exercise faith you need to understand what it is and how it works–and how it doesn’t work. In this series with Pastor Sam and his teaching team, you’ll learn that faith isn’t just a vague notion but a power vehicle for seeing God work in your life. You’ll understand why faith is so important, how it works and how you can use it to engage God’s power in your life.
Unglued: Making Wise Choices (Women)
Worship Center [6:00-7:00 or 7:15-8:15 pm]
Most people have experiences where we become emotionally unglued. What do we do with these raw emotions? Is it possible to make emotions work for us instead of against us? This series with Lysa TerKeurst will show you how to resolve conflict in key relationships, be honest but kind when offended, effectively respond to situations out of your control and much more. Participant’s Guide available for $10.
Culture Shock – Pt. 2
Room E230 (Upper Room) [6:00-7:00 or 7:15-8:15 pm]
Where do you stand on issues like truth, the environment, abortion, homosexuality, sex, and the Church’s role in politics? More importantly, what does God say? We must develop convictions based on research, reason and Biblical truth – and communicate our convictions in a way that reflects God’s heart. In this series with Chip Ingram, you’ll learn how to respond with love and grace even in the face of controversy. Participant’s Guide available for $10.
